Leadership Team
Alan Radbourne
Alan moved to Anglesey back in 2017 with his wife Rachel and son Caleb to start Lighthouse Church. They were sent by Open Heaven Church in Loughborough to plant a new community on the beautiful island of Anglesey in North Wales, In December 2017, Lighthouse church began meeting around Alan and Rachel’s kitchen table.
Rachel Radbourne
Rachel, has always felt called to North Wales having being brought up here. She always had a passion for the area and after studying in Loughborough, meeting Alan and having their 1st son, they moved to Anglesey to plant a church and build a community here. Rach and Al now have two more sons called Rhys and Joseff, as a family they love making pizza and cookie dough as a family every Sunday night.
Jan Bradbury
Jan has joined the leadership team and with her comes a passion for hearing from God. Jan has helped lead our 24 hour prayer tent, and our Listening to God afternoon. She brings such a sense of joy to our community and having her on the leadership team is such a blessing.
Phil Bradbury
Phil is a creative, passionate man, loving to make people feel welcome, while challenging the status quo to bring about real action to support others. You will often find Phil on the golf course or watching Man Utd (but we don’t hold that against him).
Dylan Rees
Dylan is a wonderful person to have on our leadership team. He is extremely passionate about Anglesey and the local community. Especially the welsh speaking community. He plays a key role in making Lighthouse Church bilingual to make it accessible to as many people as possible.
Staff Team
Rachel Radbourne
Rachel is the co-lead of the Lighthouse Staff team with Alan. She is passionate about living every day for Jesus on the frontline, creating opportunities to share the love of Jesus. She loves teaching and encouraging more discipleship in and around the Lighthouse Church community. She currently works 3 days a week.
Alan Radbourne
Alan is the co-lead of the Lighthouse Staff team with Rachel. He oversees much of the operations and strategy for the day to day running of Lighthouse Church. He is passionate about seeing more Kingdom Activity released in and through Lighthouse Church. Alan works 2 days a week for church.
Karen Sadler
Karen is the pastoral lead for the Lighthouse community. She helps to support members of the community and beyond. Karen is paid 1 day per week for church.
Kirsty Willams
Kirsty is our Community Outreach Co-ordinator. She heads up our Make Lunch and Little Beacon projects. She has such a great passion for Make Lunch, the families on the island, and finding creative ways to help build a community on Anglesey. Kirsty works 1 day per week for church.
Karen Williams
Karen is our administrator, practically helping make Lighthouse Church happen and ensure everything is well resourced.
